  • Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective products.

  • Non-Defective Products: If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within the timeframes specified above.

  • We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Refund Process

No Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
